Little Brothers is pleased to announce the appointment of Pierre Couture as Executive Director of its Foundation, effective November 13, 2023. In his new role, he will be supported by the organization’s President and CEO, Catherine Harel-Bourdon, and the members of the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

His long track record demonstrates his ongoing passion for social organization governance, people development and community service. It was the organization’s mission, team and projects that motivated him to join our extended family. His commitment to improving the quality of life of seniors makes him an invaluable ally for our cause,” said CEO Catherine Harel-Boudron.
Skills profile
Pierre Couture has over 35 years of management experience in the health and social services sectors, as well as in communications. His unifying leadership inspires the people he works with to give the best of themselves. His main strengths lie in the realization of meaningful projects and major fund-raising campaigns. He holds a B.A.A. in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, from HEC Montréal, and has completed an intensive Governance Essentials Program (GEP) offered by the Rotman School of Management in Toronto.
He previously held the position of Senior Director, Communications, Philanthropic Development and Government Relations at the MS Society of Canada – Quebec Division. He has also distinguished himself professionally with the following organizations: PartenaireSanté-Québec, Phil, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, Projet LOVE – Vivre sans Violence, QUAI 42 Marketing Durable and Cossette. Through his commitments, he has contributed voluntarily to the success of several social causes, including the Fondation Maisons Oxygène, the Fondation Mères avec Pouvoir, the Fondation du Cégep André-Laurendeau and the Fondation du Collège Sainte-Anne.
What motivates him
“I’m thrilled to be taking on this new challenge for an organization that has such a major impact on Quebec society. The number of seniors in Quebec will be growing rapidly in the coming years, and they deserve our recognition and respect. They are an immense asset to our society. The Foundation’s team is already well mobilized, and I hope we can continue to mobilize the donors, companies and family foundations that support Les Petits Frères,” he declared.
