At Little Brothers, every new person who joins our team brings their energy, experience, and heart. These talents help grow our mission: breaking the isolation of older adults.
Here are three people who are enriching our organization and strengthening our community.
François Forget – Interim Director of Finance and Administration
Since July 1, 2025, François Forget has been managing the financial and budgetary operations of our organization during the maternity leave of our colleague, Carole-Anne Des Ormeaux. He also oversees the organization of financial resources and budget planning, ensuring that our teams and volunteers have the means they need to continue their activities in the field.
Francine Lortie – Director of Social Economy and Property Management
Since July 14, Francine Lortie has been putting her 25 years of experience at the service of expanding our social economy projects. She is responsible for our Little Brothers shops and the management of our buildings. She also supervises the teams and volunteers who run our shops—true spaces of solidarity that also help fund our mission.
Audrey Beauchesne – Vice President of Operations
On July 28, Audrey Beauchesne joined us to support our initiatives across Quebec. A nurse and experienced manager, she works closely with local teams and volunteers. She helps promote, improve, and coordinate our projects and programs, always focusing on the real needs of our Great Friends.
François, Francine, and Audrey are now key members of our organization. You will have the opportunity to meet and connect with them at our activities and events.
