Complaints Policy

The purpose of the Complaints Policy is to provide a framework for responding appropriately to comments, suggestions, and complaints about a problematic situation or individual. It allows for a fair and transparent process to ensure the proper resolution of any problematic or conflicting situation.

Anti-harassment Policy

The Anti-harassment Policy is designed to ensure a respectful and harassment-free work and volunteer environment for our Great Friends, volunteers, interns, and employees. It provides a formal and confidential procedure for disclosing harassment, offering support to victims, and stopping any known harassment.

The Inclusion and Diversity Policy aims at establishing a climate of openness toward our Great Friends, volunteers, and staff of all backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations, gender expressions, and disabilities.

Disclosure of Wrongdoing Policy

The Disclosure of Wrongdoing Policy provides a formal mechanism for trustworthy and confidential communication about any concerns you may have regarding illegal, unethical, or potentially harmful actions. An internal investigation will follow and action may be taken.

Code of Ethics for Little Brothers Employees and Volunteers

The Little Brothers Code of Ethics for employees and volunteers establishes various guidelines in accordance with its mission and values. The purpose of our organization is to provide the elderly, particularly those over the age of 75 who are lonely, isolated, and separated from their families with a warm and friendly presence.

The purpose of the Social Media Policy is to educate paid staff, interns, volunteers, our Great Friends, donors, and administrators about the inherent risks of using social media, whether for professional use by Little Brothers or for personal use. It also ensures that their privacy is respected and that the organization’s confidential information remains secure.
