Ann MacDonald to head the Board of Directors of the Little Brothers Foundation

Little Brothers are proud to announce the appointment of Ann MacDonald as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Little Brothers Foundation. With a career marked by strategic management and a deep commitment to the communities of Quebec, she will bring her expertise and network to the organization’s mission to strengthen mobilization and support for seniors.

An inspiring career and unwavering commitment

With a degree in business administration from HEC Montréal and professional PMP and ASC certifications, Ann MacDonald has extensive experience in governance and business development. After 17 years at Bombardier Transportation, where she held senior management positions, she pursued her career as Chief Operating Officer at BONE Structure. She currently chairs the Board of Directors of Loto-Québec and heads the Development and Innovation Committee of Aéroports de Montréal. Highly committed to philanthropy, she also chaired the Board of Directors of CHU Sainte-Justine and served on its Foundation Board for eight years.

An appointment with a bright future

Ann MacDonald shares her motivation for joining the Foundation: “After more than a decade in pediatric philanthropy, the opportunity to invest myself in this essential cause appeals to me. Seniors, just like children, deserve all our attention to ensure their well-being and serenity.”

A call for mobilization in 2025

The aging of the population calls for concrete action. By 2031, one in four Quebecers will be aged 65 or over, underscoring the urgent need to create supportive communities. Under the leadership of Pierre Couture, the Little Brothers Foundation is actively working to ensure the organization’s perennial success and to expand its initiatives on behalf of seniors.
